Randle W. Case, C.E.O.

Mr. Case was educated through high school in Colorado Springs, Colorado and is a graduate of Colorado College in Colorado Springs and attended the University of Denver School of Law.  Mr. Case is a licensed Real Estate Broker working continuously in the industry for 40 years.  The Case family real estate business originated in the early 1950s.  Beginning in 1965 and continuing until 1994, Mr. Case headed the family real estate company which historically served as the property manager for the Veteran's Administration (VA) and the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).  Starting in 1965, he acted as managing broker supervising over 125 salespeople and five offices in the metropolitan Colorado Springs area.  He has been associated with the purchase, development, marketing and sale of over 20,000 single family and aparment homes in Colorado, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas.  He has personally been involved in the design, building & marketing of more than 7,000 single family homes and has headed the ownership and management of hundreds of apartment and multi-family units.  In addition, he has been directly involved in the ownership, marketing, development and sales of several thousand acres of ground on the front range of Colorado.  Mr. Case presently provides his experience to the Company as an active participant in investment matters and serves as financial and business consultant to the Company.
