Prior Office Building Projects

The Case International Company and some of its affiliated companies have owned and operated various office buildings in the metropolitan Colorado Springs area.

  • 31 Tejon St.

    31 North Tejon Street is a five-story office building consisting of approximately 38,500 rentable square feet known as the Case Holdings Building. Built in the 1890s, this building is centrally located in downtown Colorado Springs. Located adjacent to the intersection of Tejon Street/Kiowa Avenue, this building is unquestionably the finest location in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs, right off Interstate 25. The 31 North Tejon Street building was sold in Spring 2004.

225 E. Kiowa St.

225 E. Kiowa Street was originally built as part of CSNB, which owned and occupied our two office buildings located on Tejon Street. We recently acquired the former Norwest Bank Drive-Up Facility with five lanes and a teller building on a 14,000 sq ft lot located one block east of Tejon Street at Nevada Ave and Kiowa Street. 225 E. Kiowa Street was sold on June 1, 2001.

  • 25 N. Tejon St.

    25 North Tejon Street is a three-story office building consisting of approximately 44,000 rentable square feet. Historically, the building was the home of the Colorado Springs National Bank. Built in the early 1900s, this building was completely renovated in 1971 and has had numerous improvements since then. The 25 N. Tejon Building was acquired in a joint purchase with the adjacent building at 31 North Tejon. The 25 N. Tejon Building was sold on May 15, 2001.
